I never use to be a Starbucks person. I stopped at this location and the first time Breeanna was so nice to me. Now other employees are getting to know me. I have pulled up to the drive thru and my order is there before I have even spoken. I know this is a sign I go there to much. 😁. I am the type of person that if the service is good I will be dedicated to the location. A major kudos to Breanna, you need to my sure you keep her. Excellent employee. She deserves a promotion. Also kudos to Megan, Gracie, the lady from Australia, and the young man don't know his name but he does great also. New employees there are a few that have showed great promise for your location. Keep up the fantastic job!!!!!

Yesterday (5/13) I ordered an iced shaken espresso but ended up with someone else’s drink… unfortunately 🥴 The person who took my order was probably into something else and not paying attention, but still not sure how that happened, especially when the order was repeated back to me 😂 I didn’t realize it until I was already on the highway and went to take a few sips… then noticed how frozen my “shaken espresso” was 😭 At that point, doing a whole turnaround after already being 10 minutes down the highway just wasn’t happening. I used to work for Starbucks before, so I already know: pay attention to the labels, and if you forgot that fast, confirm with the customer. But that’s just basic drive-thru etiquette 💀

Starbucks is ware I hangout for an hour or so every day for Joe with music. The staff are very kind friendly and know me by name. For coffee lovers like me it's a great experience. Much love to all the employees for being soo friendly.😎

Ordered a plain large coffee-- there was a short line for drive through but I figured it would be faster coming inside but they had to brew a new pot. I didn't realize they were out of plain coffee when I ordered. I would recommend keeping at least one drip coffee half full at all times. The amount of food waste is negligible compared to the time inconvenience of a customer who may be on their way to an appointment/formation. Otherwise clean, quiet, plenty of parking on a Friday afternoon.
